Smoothies we love!

Hello lovely readers! Hope you are all doing great! We are going to share with you on this blog post some of our favourite smoothie recipes. Green smoothies, berry smoothies, energy smoothies, meal replacement smoothies, we will cover it all little by little through the weeks to come. We recommend you make our smoothies in a powerful blender (a nutribullet or a generic version). Please leave reviews after you make them and share our post so we can all enjoy these easy healthy recipes! Enjoy!:)


Mr Green 

For the green lovers, Mr Green is a great smoothie to have with breakfast or a morning or afternoon tea.

Serve: 1

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tsp matcha powder 

1/2 cup spinach

1/4 cup parsley

1/4 cup mint

1 banana

1/2 Lebanese cucumber

1 tbs LSA

1 tsp honey or rice syrup

Blue banana smoothie

Get your energy fix from blueberries and banana!

Serve: 1

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup blueberries

1 banana

1 tbs maca powder

1/4 cup vanilla or coconut yogurt

Chocolate vegan smoothie

Vegan can't be boring with this chocolate vegan recipe!

Serve: 1

1/2 cup almond milk

1 banana

1 tbs peanut butter

1 tbs cacao powder

1/2 tbs rice syrup

Berry Protein Shake

Who would have thought one could drink tofu? Wait, before you completely turn a blind eye to this goodie, we really encourage you to give it a crack! You might be surprised!

Serve: 1

1 cup coconut water

½ cup soy milk

½ cup soft tofu

1 cup frozen berries

1 tbs rice syrup or honey

1 tbs black chia seeds

Mango Berrylicious yogurt

Mango is now coming back in season, so why not make the most of this delicious fruit by blending it with a delicious berry flavour?! We also give you a dairy free option.

Serve:1

1 ¼ cup reduced fat dairy milk (or coconut milk)

½ cup diced mango

1 tbs berry yogurt (or coconut yogurt)

1 tsp rice syrup or honey

Green morning

Have you just had a huge night and need to get back on your feet? So, this is the perfect recipe to boost your morning!

Serve: 1

1 cup coconut water

1 frozen banana

½ green apple

½ regular cucumber

2 tbs cashew nuts

½ cup kale or spinach leaves

¼ cup mint

¼ lime

1 tbs rice syrup or honey
