New Zealand

When will my order arrive?

Within Australia

We will ship your order inside Australia by Express Post Parcel through Australia Post. If you live in a metro area in Australia and order before 3pm AEST, you'll receive your parcel the next business day!

To check if you fall in Australia Posts Next Day Business Delivery Network, click HERE.

If you do not fall in the Australia Posts Next Day Business Delivery postal codes in the link above, you will receive your parcel within 2 to 3 business days.

Oustide Australia

If you are outside Australia, we will ship your order through DHL and it will take from 6 to 12 business days.

 

Orders placed on the weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing details of your order including tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please email orders@itbeach.com.au

 

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order at any time through the tracking number contained within your Shipping Confirmation email.

Within Australia

If you have received a Shipping Confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specific timeframe, please contact Australia Post HERE or you can email us at orders@itbeach.com.au and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Outise Australia

If you have received a Shipping Confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specific timeframe, please contact DHL HERE or you can email us at orders@itbeach.com.au and we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

Changing your shipping address

Orders are processed and packed as quickly as possible by our team at the warehouse so unfortunately we are unable to make changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery address or payment method. Please email orders@itbeach.com.au if you have any questions.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. 

 

Do you deliver to a PO Box Address?

Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box.

 

Can I ship an order as a gift?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer this service, but you can surprise someone you love with a gift voucher HERE.

 

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you believe you have received an item in error, please contact the It Beach customer care team on orders@itbeach.com.au so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you free of charge.

 

When your order arrives

Within Australia

Deliveries are made by Australia Post during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

If the item(s) are being delivered to your home, please make sure someone is at home who can receive the delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available or taken to the local Australia Post office. A card with pick up details will be left in your mail box.

You'll need to pick up the parcel within 10 business days of the attempted delivery.

Outside Australia

Deliveries outside Australia are made by DHL during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

If the item(s) are being delivered to your home, please make sure someone is at home who can receive the delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, a card with pick up details will be left in your mail box. You can then call DHL on the phone number you see on the card and re-schedule the delivery.

 

If your delivery isn't successful

Within Australia

Your parcel will be returned to our warehouse if you don't collect it within 10 business days or your address can't be found.

If this happens, the Australia Post office online tracking tool above will show the status 'return to sender'.

When we receive the parcel back at our warehouse, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. This can take up to 21 days from the date the parcel was initially sent and it may apply an extra cost.

Outside Australia

Your parcel will be returned to our warehouse if you don't collect it within 10 business days or your address can't be found.

If this happens, the Australia Post office online tracking tool above will show the status 'return to sender'.
